…Open to prioritizing the development of Women football in the State
The newly elected Kaduna State football association (KSFA) chairman, Faisal Mohammed Abdullahi has expressed his gratitude to the people of Kaduna for deeming him fit to take over the mantle of leadership of the football affairs of the state.
Speaking to the press after his stunning victory at the just concluded Kaduna state football association election of executive board members, he expressed his excitement over his victory which saw him elected as the Chairman of the Association after defeating his close challenger Sani Abdullahi by 20 votes to 1 vote.
Faisal went ahead to make it known that it is time for all hands to be on deck as he sees the need for a massive revival in the state football system which has lost its savor for years running.
He also emphasized the need for all football stakeholders in the state to come together in unity to project football activities in a new dimension that will bring back lost glory of the state in terms of Football.
He also mentioned that the area of prioritizing women football in the state will be part of his agenda in his administration.
Further stated that he would be open to working with his constant at the polls adding that their expertise would be needed.
“I am willing and open to working with defeated contestants as their expertise will be needed for the growth and development of the state’s Football” He said.
